The purpose of this chapter is to provide a fair and efficient method of determining the eligibility of an employee for the benefits enumerated under the public safety employee benefits act 1 . All benefits provided to employees pursuant to the public safety employee benefits act ("act") will be consistent with the act. (Ord. 2016-4676, 9-12-2016)
