149.06   JURY DUTY.
   (a)   A leave for jury duty shall be defined as an absence that is precipitated by an employee being selected as a juror or prospective juror.
   (b)   While an employee is on jury leave, the Village of Lisbon shall pay the employee the employee's regular (eight-hour) compensation for each day on jury duty that has been certified by the clerk of the court in which the employee serves as juror, or the employee is a member of the prospective jury panel, and actually appears on a particular day for jury selection.
   (c)   Upon returning to work the employee shall submit to the Village Clerk-Treasurer an official receipt of remuneration from the court which shall serve as verification of the appropriate deduction to be made from the employee's pay.
