The final plat shall be accompanied by certificate or other document showing that the subdivider has posted an acceptable bond or certified check which is available to the County and in sufficient amount to assure the completion of all required improvements. Such certificate or such document shall be of kind acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners of Columbiana County, as provided for by the Ohio Revised Code.
