In addition to the aforementioned requirements the developer shall submit:
(a) A statement of the proposed use of lots stating type of residential buildings with the number of dwelling units; type of businesses or industry; so that the effect of the development on traffic, fire, and health hazards, utility facilities or congestion of population can be determined;
(b) All proposed covenants and restrictions;
(c) Source of water supply;
(d) Provisions for sewage disposal, drainage and flood control;
(e) If any zoning changes are contemplated, the proposed zoning plan for the area, including dimensions.
