1103.03 ENFORCEMENT; APPLICATION.

(a) The Planning Commission is authorized to adopt rules and regulations governing plats and subdivisions of land, and to approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove, plats or subdivisions falling within its legal jurisdiction in accordance with these Regulations and State law.

(b) These Regulations shall apply to all subdivisions now in existence and future plats of land located within the Village limits.
