Pre-approved format provided by the Lisbon Cemetery A $100.00 charge for ashes/urn which will be placed inside a regular burial casket to be buried within the Lisbon Cemetery A $350.00 charge will be assessed for a 2nd open/close of a columbarium niche where a 2nd urn will be placed inside/ beside another urn in a single niche A $100.00 fee will be added/charged beyond the normal internment fee if using a double urn (contains 2 people) for burial within the cemetery Anyone requesting the purchase of 2 columbarium niche's in 2 different rows (ex A3 and A9) will need to send a letter of variance to the Cemetery Board The Cemetery Board granted the Cemetery Clerk permission to sell niche's on both sides of the columbarium wall, but must sell row by row from top down. (Exception item above) Engraving on the columbarium niches. There is a one-time engraving fee included in the cost of purchasing each niche. If 2 people are to be placed in 1 niche, they need to be aware and plan for their engraving needs. Verbal information/planning along with a signed form from the purchaser will need to be implemented if 2 urns are placed within 1 niche. If both names are not done in the initial engraving, there will be an additional $100.00 charge. No tents are permitted without prior approval of the Cemetery Board. Proof of Village residency with Village water/sewer bill or other utility bill showing Village address.

(b) All funerals where employees cannot complete their duties by 3:00 p.m. will be charged fifty dollars ($50.00) per man per hour.
