If the owner or other person having charge of such land within the Village fails to comply with the notice required by this chapter, Village Council may cause such weeds, grass, and/or vegetation to be cut, removed and/or destroyed. Upon approval by Village Council, all cost and expenses, including labor, shall be paid out of Village funds not otherwise appropriated.
