There is hereby created a Shade Tree Commission which shall consist of the Mayor; Street Commissioner; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs; Solicitor; five private citizens appointed by the Mayor, who shall be residents of the Village; and a member of Council, to be elected annually by the members of Council. Additionally, as needed by the Commission, the Mayor may appoint up to four additional private citizens to serve on the Shade Tree Commission. All appointments herein shall be for a period of one year.
