927.12 MORATORIUM ON TAP INS.

(a) A moratorium is hereby imposed on tap ins to either water or sewer within the Village.

(b) This section shall not operate so as to place a moratorium on the use of any existing tap in or on any building currently under construction and for which a tap in to either water or sewer has been approved by the Village.
