(a) The various classes of users of the sanitary sewerage system shall be as follows:
Residential
Commercial
Governmental
Institutional
Industrial
(b) The various classes of users are defined in Section 925.03 of this chapter.
(c) (1) The Water Department of the Village of Lisbon shall charge a flat rate surcharge of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per month or five dollars ($5.00) per billing cycle to each account using the sewer services of the Village of Lisbon, Ohio Water Department.
(2) Any account that has been charged in excess of this amount under Ord. 1861 shall receive a credit on their sewer bill.
(3) The proceeds of the surcharge shall be placed into a special account and used only for special storm and sewer projects as mandated by the state and / or federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
