146.13 FINANCING OF BOARDS.

(a) The Architectural and Historic Board of Review and the Board of Building Appeals shall be self-sustaining boards financed through application fees. No general funds of the Village may be used.

(b) An enterprise account shall be established by the Clerk-Treasurer for all financial transactions of the Architectural and Historic Board of Review and the Board of Building Appeals.
