713.99 PENALTY.

Whoever is found violating this chapter or whoever fails to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than One Hundred ( $100.00) Dollars for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed each day during which a violation or noncompliance occurs.
