For purposes of this chapter, “yard sales” shall be defined as the offering for sale of any new or used goods or merchandise which includes, but is not limited to, sales commonly referred to as “yard sales,” “second-hand sales,” “garage sales,” “moving sales,” or other sales of similar like type or description.
