(a) No permit holder, tavern keeper or bartender of a place in the Village where beer or intoxicating liquor is sold by the glass for beverage purposes, either under a permit issued by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control or otherwise, shall permit the door or doors of such establishment to stand open for a period longer than that required for the normal entrance or exit of persons from such establishment.
(b) Whoever violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
