136.01 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.

From and after January 1, 1991, the Income Tax Office shall be a separate Department. The Clerk of the Income Tax Department shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the Department under the direct supervision of the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
