(a) No person shall allow uncollected refuse to accumulate in the curb lawn, sidewalk or other public area between the times scheduled by the refuse company for collection.
(b) No person shall place refuse to be collected out for collection earlier than 6:30 p. m. on the day prior to the date scheduled for collection.
(c) No person shall allow a refuse receptacle to remain in the curb lawn, sidewalk or other public area on a date not scheduled by the refuse company as a collection date.
(d) All refuse receptacles shall be removed from the curb lawn, sidewalk or other public area no later than 6:30 p.m. on the date of collection.
(e) A violation of the provisions of this section shall be a violation of the laws of the Village of Lisbon and such offense shall be classified as a minor misdemeanor with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.
