377.03 SKATEBOARDS ON PUBLIC PREMISES.

No person upon a skateboard or like device shall go upon any premises owned by the Village of Lisbon or any premises owned or operated by any other governmental, social,, religious fraternal or scholastic entity or organization including, but not limited to, schools and churches, except with the prior written consent of the owner.
