(a) The fine for a parking meter violation is hereby established at a rate of six dollars ($6.00) for a violation if paid within 48 hours of the issuance of the citation. If said fine is not paid within 48 hours of the issuance of the citation, then the fine for the violation shall be Twenty Dollars ($20.00).
(b) The fine for illegally parking in a space designated for Handicapped Parking Only is hereby established at a sum of fifty dollars ($50.00).
