(a) There is hereby established a maximum time limit for metered parking of two hours on the following streets in the Village: Market Street between Chestnut and Washington Streets; Lincoln Way between Beaver and Jefferson Streets; South Park Avenue; and North Park Avenue.
(b) The parking of motor vehicles on the aforementioned public streets of the Village for a continuous period in excess of two hours is hereby prohibited.
