1515.04 RATES TO BE CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH HAZARDOUS MATERIALS INCIDENT.

   The Village shall charge the following rates for the replacement and/or use of equipment, vehicles, supplies, and/or material in connection with a hazardous material incident:

   (a)   $150 per hour per vehicle

   (b)   $100 per hour for miscellaneous equipment

   (c)   $25 per hour per person

   (d)   Current replacement cost for equipment, supplies, vehicles, and/or material.

   (e)   Expenses incident to evacuation shall be charged according to the above costs.
