171.02 FEE FOR COMPUTERIZATION.

(a) The Mayor's Court is hereby authorized to collect a three dollar ($3.00) fee from all court cases for the purpose of computerization of the court and other court expenses.

(b) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish a separate account for the deposit of the three dollar ($3.00) fee collected by the Mayor's Court.
