149.14 AFFIRMATIVE ACTION FOR MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES.

The Village of Lisbon hereby proposes to participate in an affirmative plan of action for accomplishing minority business enterprise participation requirements of the Ohio Public Works Commission and Ohio Revised Code Chapter 164.
