§ 2-106 DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS PUTTING PERSONS IN FEAR.

No person shall own, keep or harbor any dog or other animal, which by jumping upon or threatening persons upon public streets and sidewalks shall cause persons to be put in fear of injury. This section shall apply to animals while being walked on leashes.
