§ 1-805 FUNDING NEEDS FOR THE COUNTY 1% SALES TAX.

(a) The city has identified funding needs for the countywide retailers’ sales tax of 1% effective for a period of ten years commencing January 1, 2015 and expiring December 31, 2024.

(b) The city proposes to use its share of the countywide 1% sales tax for updating and maintaining the lagoons and any other water-related issues.
