(a) The Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Homes Ordinance of the City of Linwood, Kansas, be and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set forth at length herein, and that provisions therein shall be controlling within the area of jurisdiction of the city.
(b) There shall be not less than three copies of the Mobile Home Parks and Mobile Homes Ordinance of the City of Linwood, Kansas, marked and stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by Ord. 619”, with all sections of portions thereof intended to be omitted clearly marked to show any such omissions or showing the sections, articles, chapters, parts or portions that are incorporated as the case may be, and to a which shall be attached a copy of the incorporating ordinance filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable business hours.
