(a) Services for water, refuse and sewer shall be promptly discontinued and meters disconnected to any consumer for non-payment of said utility bill by the fifteenth day of each month.
(b) Any service or utility disconnected or discontinued for non-payment on the fifteenth of any month shall be reconnected only upon the payment of the sum of $50 and the past due water bill, during City Hall business hours.
(c) The City Clerk will accept payment arrangements of any utility or service bill, and failure to pay any arrangement in full will result in the termination of all services and utilities.
(d) If the residence or building is not vacated the sewer will be capped off. If the sewer is capped off a reconnection fee of $200 is due to have the sewer uncapped.
