§ 4-201 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BUILDING OFFICIAL. The person designated by the city or his or her authorized designee.
   CORPORATION COUNSEL. The City Attorney of the City of Linwood.
   MUNICIPALITY. The City of Linwood, Kansas.
