70.06.010 Municipal Interest.
   The Traffic Control Devices laws and regulations of the State of Indiana, including I.C. 9-21-8- 41, do not specifically address or limit local traffic regulation by traffic control devices and specific needs and interests of municipahties in regulating compliance with traffic control devices, and, as such, it is appropriate that the City pass certain measures providing for such regulation on non-highways. The procedure for judicial enforcement of traffic control device violations is provide in Sections 70.06.070, 70.06.080, and 70.06.090, and any Section(s) of the Code inconsistent therewith shall not apply to traffic control device violations.
