70.03.020 Speed Limits in Business, Residential, and School Districts.

   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle along or upon any street or highway within the limits of the City of Linton, at a greater speed than:

   (A)   Twenty-five (25) miles per hour in any business district of the City of Linton, Indiana;

   (B)   Twenty-five (25) miles per hour in any residential district of the City of Linton, Indiana;

   (C)   Twenty (20) miles per hour in the School district of the City of Linton, Indiana;

   (D)   Fifteen (15) miles per hour in any park or alley within the City of Linton, Indiana;
