(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation of § 55.01 beyond the time limit provided for in the notice required by § 55.01(C) above shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed as a separate offense.
