(A) The City of Linton owns and operates a Municipal Sewage Plant.
(B) The Sewage Plant has been established to handle municipal sewage.
(C) It is necessary to increase the fee for commercial dumping to be approved by the Common Council and that fee be increased to $25 for 1,000-gallon tanks to be dumped into the Linton Sewage Plant for treatment and $5 for each 1,000 over the above amount.
(D) These increases will be in effect on March 1, 1991, until further notice. (Ord. 91-2, passed 2-11-1991)
