(A) There shall be and there are hereby established for the use of and the service rendered by the gas utility of the City of Linton the rates and charges attached as Exhibit A to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated therein.
(B) This section shall be in full force and effect retroactive to January 1, 1994 upon its passage and approval of the Common Council.
