§ 50.16 RECONNECTING UTILITIES SHUT OFF; NONPAYMENT.
   (A)   The Common Council is empowered by law to enact on this section.
   (B)   On and after the passage of this section, any customer disconnected for nonpayment of utility bills will have to pay the utility bills in full, or enter into an agreement for repayment, before reconnection will be made.
   (C)   Signed and approved by the Mayor and the Common Council of the City of Linton, Greene County, Indiana.
