§ 50.14 CUSTOMER-REQUESTED DISCONNECTIONS.
   (A)   The customer must notify the utility at least three business days before of the day disconnection is desired. The customer will be responsible for all service used and the billing until service is disconnected pursuant to such notice.
   (B)   Upon request by a customer of a utility to disconnect service, the utility shall disconnect the service within three business days of the requested disconnection date. The customer shall not be liable for any service rendered to such address or location after the expiration of seven calendar days.
