§ 38.01 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) TRANSITION PLAN.
   1.   The Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan, which is attached hereto, be and the same hereby is adopted.
   2.   Notice of the adoption of the ADA Transition Plan will be posted in all locations required under applicable laws and regulations.
   3.   The ADA Transition Plan shall be effective on January 14, 2013, at 6:30 p.m.
