§ 100.03 SCOPE.

   This policy is applicable to:

   (A)   City employees operating UAS in any location for city activities;

   (B)   All platforms of UAS which include, but are not limited to: sUAS, UAV, drone, model aircraft, regardless of size or weight;

   (C)   Any individuals who operate UAS for the City of Linton, including persons not affiliated with the city; and

   (D)   Any individuals operating UAS purchased with funding through the city.
