(A) Application. Application for excavation permits shall be made to the Superintendent and shall describe the location of the intended excavation, the size thereof, the purpose therefor, the person, firm, or corporation for which the work is being done, and the person, firm or corporation by whom the work is being completed. The application shall contain an agreement that the applicant will comply with all ordinances, laws, and regulations relating to the work to be done.
(B) Fee for permit. The fee for each permit issued under this section shall be $25. The Superintendent shall turn in all fees collected to the Clerk-Treasurer at the times required by the Clerk- Treasurer and the fees shall be deposited in the general fund.
