No person shall place or locate an Amish cabin, mobile home or tiny home/tiny house within the corporate limits of the city except as provided by this section.
(A) Mobile Home Community, state-regulated. Any Amish cabin, mobile home or tiny home/tiny house must be placed in a mobile home community, licensed and regulated by the state as provided in I.C. 16-41-27, et. seq;
(B) Grandfathering provisions. Any Amish cabin, mobile home, or tiny home/tiny house already in existence, and located within the corporate limits for the city, at the time this chapter is approved is exempt from this chapter. However, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to the replacement of any such Amish cabin, mobile home, or tiny home/tiny house on the lot.
