§ 152.01 DEFINITIONS.
    For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning,
   AMISH CABIN. A pre-fabricated cabin, or a similar shelter/dwelling assembled either elsewhere, or on-site from a pre-manufactured kit, commonly marketed as an "Amish cabin," or any similar and comparable pre-fabricated cabin or shelter/dwelling assembled from a pre-manufactured kit and used as a residence or dwelling.
   BOARD. The Board of Public Works and Safety.
   CAMPER/MOTOR HOME/RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. A motor vehicle and/or trailer with facilities for sleeping and cooking, which was originally manufactured or converted for the purpose of recreational camping and travel.
   CITY. Refers to the City of Linton, Greene County, Indiana.
   COMMON COUNCIL. Refers to the Common Council of the city.
   MOBILE HOME. A vehicle, including the equipment sold as a part of the vehicle, that meets the following conditions:
      (1)   Is constructed for use as a conveyance upon public streets or highways by either self-propelled or not self-propelled means;
      (2)   Was originally designed, constructed, reconstructed, or added to by means of an enclosed addition or room, to permit the occupancy as a dwelling for at least one person, or is used and occupied as a dwelling;
      (3)   Is not supported, cannot be supported, or is not manufactured to be supported by a fully enclosed permanent foundation; and
      (4)   Consists of fewer than 1,500 square feet of inhabitable interior space or is less than 20 feet in width; or
      (5)   Any dwelling meeting the definition of "mobile home" found at I.C. 16-41-27-4.
   MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY LICENSED BY STATE OF INDIANA. As used in this chapter, MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY shall have the meaning set forth at I.C.16-41-27-5.
   TINY HOME/TINY HOUSE. A pre-fabricated dwelling that does not typically exceed 550 square feet, commonly marketed as a "tiny home" or "tiny house."
