For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or requires a different meaning.
GUTTER. Any structure, fabrication, roadwork, or any other construction designed to direct the flow of water along the edge of a street, including but not limited to a curb.
LANDSCAPE WASTE. Any vegetable or plant refuse, including but not limited to trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.
STREET. Any public alley, street, highway, thoroughfare, or other road.
