A storm water user fee of $12.50 per month is imposed on all properties within the service area, including residential and commercial, and without regard to a classification as profit, non-profit, tax-exempt, or otherwise, that receives city sanitary services. This user fee is deemed reasonable and is necessary to pay for the repair, replacement, planning, improvement, operation, regulation, and maintenance of the existing and future storm water system for the city.
