(A) The rules of conduct are as follows:
(1) No loitering, littering;
(2) Profanity, obscene language;
(3) Double parking, blocking traffic; and/or
(4) Roadway, or harassment of patrons.
(B) Anyone in violation of this section will be cited by the Linton Police Department. There will be no fine imposed but the person cited will be barred from the property for a period of 90 days from the time of citation.
(C) If the person refuses to leave, or returns to the property within the stated 90-day period he or she will be arrested for criminal trespass, I.C. 35-43-2-2.
