(A) Gun permits. There is hereby established a fee of $10 for gun permits issued by the Linton Police Department.
(B) Accident reports. There is hereby established a fee of $5 for accident reports and payable to the Linton Police Department. This fee is set for any individual who is involved in an accident; payable by individual or insurance company.
(C) Effective Date. This section will take effect upon adoption of the ordinance.
