§ 97.50 FEES FOR LOT MOWING BY STREET DEPARTMENT.

   (A) The City of Linton has property owners that cannot maintain their yard .themselves.

   (B)   The City of Linton Street Department has been asked to mow private property by the owner.

   (C)   The City has established the following rules and fees for this:

      (1)   Each property owner must mow his or her property at least three times in the mowing season.

      (2)   The City Street Department will assess the property owner a standard fee of $35, with the fee increasing with the size of the yardage to be mowed.

      (3)   The fee agreed upon must be paid in advance to mowing: payable at Clerk-Treasurers Office and payable to City of Linton Street Department.
