(A) Rent is $275 per day, reservation is 8:00 a.m. to midnight each day.
(B) Electronic payment processing fees, which are not included in the above-listed rates, shall be paid by the customer.
(C) Rental fees are non-refundable. The office will try to rent it for you if needed.
(D) No alcoholic beverages of any type will be sold in the building.
(E) No nailing or using heavy tape on the walls.
(F) Kitchen and all areas are to be cleaned by user. Garbage is to be bagged and put in dumpster outside the building. Any damages done from usage will be billed to the user.
(G) A deposit of $75 for cleanup/damages will be due at time of rental (failure to comply with the regulations will mean a forfeit of the deposit). The deposit will be returned when returning the key, after clearance by the custodian.
(H) Rules are posted in each building.
