(A) Reservations are available on the first working day of each year.
(B) (1) Scout Cabin: $85 per day. A deposit of $25 for cleanup/damages will be due at time of rental (failure to comply with the regulations will mean a forfeit of the deposit).
(2) East Shelter: $85 per day. A deposit of $25 for cleanup/damages will be due at time of rental (failure to comply with the regulations will mean a forfeit of the deposit).
(3) West Shelter: $85 per day. A deposit of $25 for cleanup/damages will be due at time of rental (failure to comply with the regulations will mean a forfeit of the deposit).
(C) Electronic payment processing fees, which are not included in the above-listed rates, shall be paid by the customer.
(D) Rental fees are non-refundable with the exception that if another renter is found then the new renter will pay the first renter that fee and contact our office for confirmation.
(E) No alcoholic beverages of any type will be sold in the buildings.
(F) No nailing or heavy taping of items on the walls.
(G) Kitchen and all other areas are to be cleaned by user. Garbage is to be bagged and put in dumpster outside the building. Any damages done during usage will be billed to the user.
(H) A day's reservation is from 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
(I) Problems found when at the shelter, call LPD, 847-4411 and ask for Park Superintendent for help.
