(A) The following fees and rates supercede all prior fees and rates for the Phil Harris Golf Course.
(1) Standard rates:

School fees | $500 per school |
(2) Any weekday or special rates may be set by the Golf Pro with the approval of the Golf Committee.
(B) There will no longer be partial payments on season tickets. All tickets must be paid in full upon first round played each year or green fees will be charged. Also, there will be no half season tickets sold in the future.
(C) This section shall take effect and be in full force on and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and the Common Council for the City of Linton, Indiana. This section supersedes all ordinances pertaining to golf course fees.
