(A) There is hereby created the Department of Municipal Golf Course Services as a separate utility service to the City of Linton under the direction and supervision of the Linton Board of Public Works, and there is hereby created the Linton Municipal Golf Course Fund as a non-reverting utility fund.
(B) Any and all funds now deposited in the Linton Municipal Golf Course Fund of the General Fund of the civil city are hereby transferred to the Department of Municipal Golf Course Services Fund, which fund is a separate utility fund, distinct from the civil city.
(C) This section shall take effect and be in force on and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Linton, Indiana.
