94.17.070 Tagging Abandoned Vehicles in Fenced-in Areas.
      If an abandoned vehicle is visible within a fenced-in area and in violation of this Chapter, an Officer who finds the vehicle may place a notice tag in a visible location at the property where the vehicle is located. Any notice must include the information in Section 94.17.060, above.
