It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to erect or enlarge, or permit the erection or enlargement upon property owned, leased, rented or used by them, which property is within the municipal boundaries of the City of Linton, any equipment, structure, or building that will be used for any business or trade that may become noxious or injurious to public comfort or health, including but not hmited to bulk gasoline plants, bulk liquid gas plants, bulk liquid fertilizer gases or liquids that could explode, burn, or cause damage from inhalation or injury to persons, animals, or property.
